Some sad bias today, my friends. Legendary actor Bob Hoskins, star of the smash hit movie Super Mario Bros. (and other, lesser known movies like Who Framed Roger Rabbit) has died at the age of 71.

In 1983, beleaguered Atari dumped thousands [some say millions] of Atari games in the desert. Why?

Happy 25th Birthday, Game Boy!

25 years ago today, the original, green-screened 8-bit wonder known as the Game Boy launched in Japan. Selling almost 120 million units, it revolutionized the way we played games on the go. Between Tetris, Pokemon, Zelda, Kirby, and various Mario games, Nintendo took hold of the portable market, and arguably, has never lost its grip.

Smash Bros. Character Predictions

If you watched the Smash Bros Nintendo Direct on Tuesday (and if you didn't, I hate you), you know that the roster for the new Smash is growing quite large. But there are still some questions as to who else will make it, and perhaps more importantly, who won't. There are still a few months before the games are released, so let's speculate pointlessly about characters!
