Super Smash Bros. for 3DS Features Sleep-Mode Music Player

In what will likely turn out to be one of the best ideas ever, Super Smash Bros. for 3DS will allow you to listen to game's music while the system is in sleep mode.

This means you can walk around listening to Super Smash Bros. and then pop the system open and smash some people. There are few ideas in the history of the universe greater than this.

Additionally, a few tunes have been added to the Smash Bros. website for your listening pleasure. Just click here and check out the music for Multi-Man Smash, the Battle theme from Pokemon X/Y, or the train music from Spirit Tracks. More tunes will likely be released in the near future.

I for one cannot wait to smash the every-loving crap out of everything, then take a break and listen to the game's music, only to pick it up again later and smash even more crap out of cheating CPU players.

The game comes out on October 3rd. This is the most exciting game release in the last few years, and I can't wait until it's hear!

Get it, 'cause music?
