E3 Bingo 2014: Day 2 Wrap-up

Day 2 of E3 has concluded. So where does that leave us on the bingo card?

And Bingo was his name-o. Lots of high-profile announcements give us a bingo on the fourth vertical line. Hooray! We're also very close on two other lines. If we hear anything about Fire Emblem and F-Zero, we'll have two more lines completed.

To recap, here are the stories that filled in these spaces:

  • Mario Maker was announced for Wii U
  • A new toys-to-life platform called Amiibo is being launched
  • A clay-textured Kirby game is coming to Wii U
  • Pokemon games coming this November
  • X is Xenoblade Chronicles; coming to Wii U
  • New Starfox being developed for Wii U
  • Super Smash Bros. 3DS coming October 3rd
  • Hyrule Warriors, a crossover of Dynasty Warriors and Zelda, coming to Wii U
  • Yoshi's Woolly World headed to Wii U
  • Mario Party 10 announced for Wii U
  • Zelda Wii U coming next year, is a large, open world
  • Several Mega Man games coming to Virtual Console

So there you have it! Let's hope there are lots more announcements in the next couple of days!

That digital event was awesome! Some of those games look freakin' sweet (Yoshi's Wooly World, anyone?)! Also stoked about the eShop sale. Already took advantage of it. Hands down though, the most exciting part of the day was the Super Smash Brothers Invitational. Totally stoked for the game!
